Vertiv™ Environet™ Alert Software Download Page

We are excited to announce that Vertiv has released its newest software release of Environet Alert, version 1.5 Please see the release notes found here for details on inclusions in the new version.

The highlights of the new additions include:

• Multi-Server Configuration
• Server Audit Logs
• BACnet Router Feature update
• Security Updates
• Platform updates
• Bug Fixes

Here are the steps you will need to take to request the version 1.5 upgrade:

1. Log into your Environet Alert system and navigate to System Admin > License Dashboard.
2. Click on the "Request New License" button.
3. Fill out the form that includes your email address and contact information, as well as specifically stating the request is for an upgrade to version 1.5 in the subject line.
   1. If your Alert server is not connected to the internet or a mail server, please send the form information, including the Host ID, to dcim_licensing@vertiv.com in a separate email.
4. Click the "OK" button to email the licensing team.

Upon receipt of the request, we will respond with instruction on how to upgrade and will include a new license file, for your Environet Alert solution (please allow for 1-2 business days for our reply).

NOTE: To receive the upgrade, you will need a current maintenance contract. With an existing annual maintenance contract, the upgrade is provided to you at no cost. If your annual support has expired and you’d like to renew, please reach out to your local Vertiv sales representative for a quote.
