Course Fee includes Training, Training Material and Coordination. Course Fee does not include travel costs, accommodation, transports, dinners or any other expense not explicitly included -- Cancellation Fee: The entire course fee is charged if participants cancel their registration less than 20 working days before the commencement date. For any further information please refer to the Academy Training Policy -- Generally a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks will be required for all Customers training. This will allow sufficient time to evaluate the requirements, prepare the necessary material, schedule the training resource and prepare the location -- It is made clear that the Familiarization level training is our standard ‘Customer Basic Level’ for operators of the system and does not cover in-depth maintenance or repair or service software -- These trainings do not qualify the participants to get access to service manuals, service and commissioning software nor internal knowledge data bases.
