- What is the MTBF of ITA2?

- The MTBF for ITA2 is 165,106 Hours. This is applicable for all models.

- Will there be a derating when I use the minimum number of blocks for ITA2?
- A
- The minimum number of blocks for ITA2 5,6,10 kVA is 12 blocks while for ITA2 16, 20 kVA is 24 blocks. When using these numbers, the UPS will be derated by 0.7.

- Can I use 2N /LBS with ITA2?

- LBS cable is only available for ITA2 16 and 20 kVA.

- Is there an external battery charger option for ITA2? Can I use ITA1 external charger?
- A
- There is no option for external charger for ITA2. The charger of ITA1 cannot be use for ITA2 UPS. If there is a need for higher charging capacity, we use the long back-up model of ITA2.

- Can I use parallel communication cable kit for ITA1 to parallel ITA2?
- A
- No. Parallel cable kit for ITA1 is 15pin, but ITA2 is 9pin.
