About the speakers:

Andrea Ferro
VP Channel, IT & EDGE EMEA
Andrea has been with the company since 2007 serving in the marketing department and expanding his responsibilities in 2013 as a key account manager in the UK. In 2018 he was appointed EMEA AC Power business leader and in 2021 he was promoted to VP for technology application and market development for the region. In 2023 he became VP for channel, IT and edge applications in EMEA, and in 2025 he was appointed as VP for Power & IT Systems, EMEA. Andrea holds an Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Bologna and an Executive MBA at the Imperial College in London.

David Lam
Business Development Director – EPMS & Automation Systems
David Lam is a Business Development Director with Vertiv. Focused on delivering Building and Energy Power Management and Automation Solutions to critical infrastructures. Through David’s 10+ years’ experience he has developed expansive knowledge of how to better manage your infrastructures by streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the entire power train and thermal chain.

Denis Namlić
Director of Product Engineering and PMO
Denis Namlić is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering and PMO for Integrated Modular Solutions at Vertiv in Zagreb, Croatia, where he focuses on product development for infrastructure solutions. He has progressively advanced through various roles at Vertiv and Emerson Network Power over the past 16 years, specializing in data center solutions, electrical engineering, and project management. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from COTRUGLI Business School and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb.

Denis Rančić
Director Product Management – Infrastructure Solutions
Started 1990 as Power converters and later Power systems designer at Nikola Tesla, Croatian telecom equipment manufacturer. Transferred to Ericsson then to Emerson Electric by acquisitions. In early 2000 there were the first steps to Integrated solutions business. From 2004 on Enginering Director position for Intergrated Modular Solutions in Emerson Network Power. Continued to have the same or similar position later in Vertiv. Product Managment Director in Vertiv Infrastructure Solutions from 2023. Holds Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Split.

Jonathan Beresford
Projects Commercial Manager EMEA
8 years a Project Manager in the industry managing installation, commissioning & testing of thermal, power and modular systems. Now bridging the gap between offering & deployment to deliver successful end to end solutions.

Lucijana Kasumović
Director of Strategic Marketing and Sales Enablement - Infrastructure Solutions
Lucijana Kasumović is Marketing Director for Vertiv’s worldwide Integrated Modular Solutions. She joined Vertiv in December 2016 as Marketing Manager EMEA for Integrated Modular Solutions and was promoted to her current position in January 2023. Lucijana is in charge of helping Vertiv’s business leaders for Solutions to best position their products on the market and bring the clear message to the customers of modular data centre technologies, including prefabricated modular data centres and micro data centres.
Lucijana has over 20 years of tech industry marketing experience and has previously held marketing and sales positions at Emerson Network Power. She joined Emerson Network Power in 2003 and was appointed as Sales support & Marketing for CSE Region.
Lucijana holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and is attending MBA program at same Faculty. She currently lives in Croatia.

Marin Pajić
Lead engineer Infrastructure Solutions
Marin Pajić is an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on modular data centers and advanced cooling technologies. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Vertiv, having progressed through roles as a Mechanical Design Engineering Manager, Team Leader, and Engineer, refining expertise in mission-critical systems.
At Vertiv, he has lead the concept design and execution of modular data centers, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analyses using 6Sigma DCX and Ansys Fluent. His responsibilities include: developing and implementing custom cooling solutions that exceed industry standards, managing mechanical system designs, including chilled water, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, overseeing equipment selection, procurement, and technical coordination with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support for deployment and commissioning, ensuring seamless project execution, leading a team of engineers, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration with external experts. Throughout his career, he has contributed to global projects, including data centers in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

Marko Skara
Plant Manager
He joined Vertiv in December 2016 as Head of Project Management and was promoted to his current position in September 2017. Marko and his team have delivered products for multiple submarine cable projects, modular data center projects and industrial projects in EMEA and Asia. Marko has over 17 years of tech industry experience. He joined Emerson Network Power in May 2006 as a System Engineer Specialist and was involved in system design, project engineering, project management and site supervision. He was appointed as Project Manager for Emerson Network Power in March 2012. Marko holds a Master’s degree in Power Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb and an EMBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Cotrugli Business School. He currently lives in Croatia.

Nikola Rosić
Design Engineering
Nikola Rosić is an experienced electrical automation engineer who joined Vertiv in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Design Engineering at Vertiv in Zagreb, Croatia, where he leads a team of 50+ engineers specialized in data center design. As an Accredited Uptime Tier Designer, he has successfully managed several significant data center projects during his 9 year tenure at Vertiv, including a 4MW facility in Qatar, a 1.2MW Uptime Tier III certified facility in Belarus, and a 3MW Uptime Tier III certified data center in Saudi Arabia. In his current role, he oversees data center design projects and manages design related activities while leading design engineering organization. With over 15 years of progressive experience in building automation and data center industries, his technical leadership and project management skills are complemented by his PMP certification and Executive MBA studies.

Piergiorgio Tagliapietra
Sr Director Application Engineering Thermal Management EMEA
Piergiorgio is an experience mechanical engineer starting his career in HVAC sector in 2006. He joined Emerson Network Power in 2012 covering various position in Engineering department. He joined product marketing team in 2017 as Product Marketing Manager and then in 2018 as Global Offering Manager. He’s running the current position from 2020 driving the team of application engineers and technical sales engineers located in all EMEA region to grant technical support to the consultant community and to customer.
Piergiorgio holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering in Padova University and an Executive MBA from CUOA business school in Italy.

Vedran Brzić
Vice President Infrastructure Solutions, Europe, Middle East, and Africa
Vedran Brzić, Vice President for Infrastructure Solutions EMEA at Vertiv, brings over 19 years of tech industry experience to his role. He has been with the company since 2009, initially as part of Emerson Network Power before it was spun off and renamed Vertiv in 2016.
Vedran began his career as an Electrical Engineer and quickly advanced to Engineering Manager, then Director of Engineering and Offering, where he and his team designed and delivered prefabricated solutions for data center projects, telecom sites, and cable landing stations across multiple regions, as well as developing new platforms and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
In his current role as Vice President for Infrastructure Solutions EMEA, Vedran oversees the entire Vertiv Infrastructure Solutions business in the region, including technical sales, engineering, program management, and project deployment. He is focused on expanding Vertiv's presence in the market of prefabricated infrastructure solutions for the data center industry.
Vedran holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and an MBA from the Faculty of Economics & Business in Zagreb. He resides in Croatia, where he continues to drive innovation and excellence in prefabricated infrastructure solutions for the data center industry.

Viktor Petik
Senior Vice President
Viktor has over 20 years of tech industry experience and has previously held management positions at SAR Elektronic GmbH. He joined Emerson Network Power in 2006 and was appointed as Managing Director for Integrated Modular Solutions in 2011, and in 2017 appointed to Vice President of Integrated Modular Solutions for EMEA. In May 2023 he took additional responsibility as a global leader for Infrastructure Solutions while still holding the EMEA position. He was promoted to his current position in February 2025.
