WHAT’S HAPPENING
We are merging the legal entity of Vertiv Energy Systems, Inc. into Vertiv Corporation, effective Dec. 31, 2019. This change may require you to update your vendor management and payment systems from Vertiv Energy Systems, Inc. account information to Vertiv Corporation’s corporate and tax information as follows:

As a result of this restructuring, starting Jan. 1, 2020, you should begin directing purchase orders to Vertiv Corporation at 1050 Dearborn Drive, Columbus, OH 43085.
Please note that your payments to Vertiv Corporation (previously Vertiv Energy Systems) should continue to be remitted to the address indicated on your invoice until further notice.
While some things may change, our commitment to you remains the same. Vertiv Corporation will assume all outstanding responsibilities, obligations, and duties of Vertiv Energy Systems, Inc., including the processing and delivery of product or service orders, warranty obligations, and more.

Q. What exactly is changing for Vertiv Energy Systems?
A. Vertiv Energy Systems will be merged with and become Vertiv Corporation. Therefore, purchase orders should be directed to the physical address for Vertiv Corporation (1050 Dearborn Drive, Columbus, OH 43085). Until further notice, payments should continue to be remitted to 22405 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1224. With the new federal tax ID (31-0715256), Vertiv Energy Systems customers may need to setup or establish Vertiv Corporation as a vendor, as well as update company information in ordering systems.
Q. Will I receive a new W-9 form for vendor requalification?
A. If needed, the Vertiv Corporation W-9 can be downloaded from the Useful Links section of this page.
Q. How soon can I change Vertiv Energy Systems purchase orders to Vertiv Corporation?
A. Customers can immediately direct purchase orders to Vertiv Corporation.
Q. How does this transition affect Vertiv Energy Systems EFT payments?
A. Customers should continue to use the same routing information. Changing the name on the account to Vertiv Corporation is the only change needed.
