Announces partnership with Knowledge Management & Dedication to bring industry-leading solutions to local enterprises
Myanmar [May 5, 2017] – Vertiv, formerly Emerson Network Power, today announced a partnership with Knowledge Management & Dedication (KMD) in Myanmar. This latest collaboration is part of Vertiv’s regional strategy to strengthen its presence not just in Myanmar but also in Asia’s emerging markets, particularly in Indochina.

KMD’s distribution business in Myanmar, Direct Channel Distribution (DCD), was established in 1997, primarily specializing in IT and peripheral devices. Under the partnership, KMD Distribution will carry the Vertiv full-suite of power, thermal and infrastructure management solutions, such as the Liebert® GXT4, the Liebert CRV and the Avocent® Universal Management Gateway. In addition, KMD Distribution will also be distributing the SmartCabinet™, Vertiv’s industry-leading converged infrastructure for edge computing devices.
As a Vertiv partner, KMD will also actively benefit from Vertiv technical services and training programs, including sales enablement and marketing support.
